ekeyd-egd-linux software package provides Transfers entropy from an EGD to the Linux kernel pool, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ekeyd-egd-linux
ekeyd-egd-linux is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ekeyd-egd-linux package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ekeyd-egd-linux *
You will get with ekeyd-egd-linux package name, version, architecture and description in a table
